At Petter, we strive to provide exceptional veterinary care right in the comfort of your home. To ensure a smooth experience for our customers, we have outlined our Cancellation and Refund Policy below:

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Appointment Cancellations:

    • Cancellation by Customer: You can cancel your appointment without any charges up to 4 hours before the scheduled visit. If you cancel within 4 hours of the appointment, a 5% cancellation fee will be applied.

    • Cancellation by Petter: In rare cases, we may need to cancel your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and reschedule your appointment at your convenience without any additional charges.

2. Refund Policy

  • Eligibility for Refunds:

    • Refunds will only be considered in cases where services were not rendered or if there is a valid concern regarding the quality of care provided.

    • If you have pre-paid for a service and need to cancel within the allowed timeframe, a full refund will be processed.

  • Refund Process:

    • To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at support@petter.in . We aim to resolve all refund requests within 7-10 business days.

    • Refunds will be processed through the original method of payment. It may take additional time for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Any products or medications purchased during a home visit are non-refundable unless there is a proven defect or the product was not as described.
